We collect only what is necessary to run the service:

• Email address — used to create and authenticate your account
• Username — the display name you choose at sign-up
• Fragrance data — bottle names, brands, spray counts, and notes you enter
• Usage logs — spray activity records you create in the app

We do not collect location, contacts, camera access, or device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create and maintain your account
• To sync your fragrance collection across devices
• To display your personal usage analytics inside the app

Your data is never used for advertising, profiling, or sold to any third party.

3. Storage & Security

Data is stored via Supabase — encrypted in transit over HTTPS/TLS and encrypted at rest. Row-level security policies ensure only you can access your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. Supabase is used solely as a storage provider. No other services have access to your data.

5. Your Rights

• Access — view all your data inside the app at any time
• Edit — update your username and fragrance collection at any time
• Delete — permanently delete your account and all data via Settings → Delete Account

Deleting your account removes all data from our servers immediately and permanently.

6. Children's Privacy

Puffs is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted data and we will delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
